POST YOUR TIMES!!!!

If you are doing the workouts along with me, I think it would be great motivation for everyone if we posted our times on the “Warm Ups” that have times.

In the future we will have cardio workouts that we can post our times for and also how many rounds we complete because in the next week or so we will be seeing Cardio routines that the goal is to perform as many rounds as possible in an allotted amount of time.  Get ready, it’s going to be fun!
